CTS is a highly regarded pediatric outpatient therapy center that operates two locations in Roselle and St. Charles, IL. Currently, we are seeking an experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. The role involves working with children who have a range of physical and developmental disorders.
- Join our dynamic team with over 37 years of experience. Build a full-time caseload of pediatric clients ranging from birth to 21 years of age. You can work in our state-of-the-art pediatric clinics, provide in-home services to children from birth to 3 years of age, or follow your interests by providing contractual services in public, private, and charter school settings.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Create and implement individual treatment programs for children.
2. Document treatments, evaluations, plan of care, and discharge summaries utilizing professional jargon that supports skilled therapeutic necessity and the charges incurred in a concise and timely manner.
3. Interacts and confers with various professionals, including physical therapists and speech and language pathologists, to implement and assess the intervention program.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
1. Master’s degree in occupational therapy.
2. Must have a current Occupational Therapy license issued by the state of Illinois.
3. Experience with pediatrics; we will consider hiring new graduates with pediatric practicum / clinical experience.
4. Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written skills and work cooperatively with a variety of groups and individuals.
5. Must relate well to children and their families.
6. Must be able to work independently at times.
