Scope of Work and Responsibilities:
As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.
Our Group of Companies operates under a CRM Platform that is the “Master-Mind” for the entire operations. Your MAIN responsibility will be: constant learning and training, maintenance and upkeep of the system.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Bitrix CRM Platform: Responsible for Bitrix management and administration system, upload existing client data currently in the company drive, update contact information for clients and providers into Bitrix, to utilize project management tools, invoice creation and all aspect of the management of the company utilizing Bitrix.
Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for ALL client needs, to include: seeking company registration services, providing guidance, support, and clear communication throughout the process.
Company Registration: Manage the end-to-end process of registering new LLC’s, LP’s and other companies, ensuring adherence to legal guidelines, documentation requirements, and timelines, including dissolutions and annual government fees.
Compliance Management: Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to company registration and compliance at all times.
Documentation and Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of company registrations, filings, licenses, and permits, ensuring Bitrix accessibility.
Opening Bank and Securities Accounts: Manage the end-to-end process of opening banking accounts for LLC’s, LP’s and other type of companies, both domestic and international.
Tax Declaration Process: Responsible for the coordination between the external accounting firm, bank or securities firms and the client in order to perform the annual tax declaration in a timely manner.
Issuing Invoices and Collection: Responsibility of issuing invoices and collection, providers and suppliers’ payment, both locally and internationally.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
