The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting with front office operations. Other duties include, but are not limited to:

Greeting and assisting customers upon entering the facility.

Answering multi-line telephone, responding to visitors’ inquiries regarding services, products, and costs.

Scheduling appointments for repairs and dispatching.
-
Maintaining a variety of automated and manual records.
-
Maintaining front office area.
-
Opening and closing front desk operations including lights, computer, copier, materials, supplies and record files.
-
Following up on online wheel repair and replacement requests.
-
Assisting with shipping and receiving.
-
Creating work orders and invoices, adding/editing customers, and creating A/R reports and assisting with collection efforts on past due accounts.

Assisting Accounts Receivable with payment processing.

The successful Administrative Assistant will have a high school diploma or equivalent; some college is preferred.

At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in an office setting is preferred.

Strong work ethic
-
Light Human Resources experience is preferred.

Highly detail- and customer service-oriented and have excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work closely in a team environment

Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency
