Job Description:
-Receive and document calls from prospective residents, while answering questions to address their needs and concerns.
-Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.
-Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, American with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to apartments.
-Delivers quality customer service.
-Other duties as assigned by Property and Leasing Managers.
Job Requirements:
-Self-motivated and Well Organized
-Strong time management skills
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
-Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability
-Excellent oral and written communications skills, including phone skills
-Solid business logic
-Works effectively with owner, managers, and colleagues.
-Positive and professional attitude at all times.
