Role Overview:
As a Nurse at Revive Colorado, you will be vital in creating connections with potential patients, guiding them through the new patient journey, managing client relationships, and ensuring client retention. Your positive attitude, quick learning ability, adaptability, and excellent communication skills with both patients and doctors will be essential in this fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments specific to the reason for the visit, administered treatments, and potential side effects
- Nurses may continuously monitor patients during ketamine infusion therapy, assessing vital signs, EKG interpretation, mental status, and other parameters to detect any signs of distress or adverse effects promptly.
- Accurately calculate and administer medications as prescribed, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Inventory , medical supplies and pharmaceuticals.
- Provide comprehensive patient education
- Ensure appropriate documentation for patients under your care.
- Take initiative in all tasks and duties daily.
- Provide medical supervision for IV ketamine infusions.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with potential patients.
- Demonstrate empathy when interacting with individuals to build strong connections.
- Maintain extreme attention to detail in all aspects of client management.
- Conduct post-care follow-up calls.
- Multitask effectively and communicate proficiently with interdisciplinary teams.
- Utilize the EHR program (Osmind) to ensure accurate patient treatment plans and care records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records via EHR program or paper charting
- Demonstrates a collaborative spirit, actively contributes to team efforts, and takes responsibility for clinic maintenance without hesitation or resorting to the phrase, "That's not my job."
Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license in the state of Colorado.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Valid ACLS & BLS certification
- Proficiency in IV insertion.
- Comprehensive understanding of all company products and services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Aptitude for verbal direction and orders.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- High emotional intelligence and empathy.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Basic computer knowledge required, proficiency in EHR system (Osmind).
- Positive mindset and attitude.
