Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly, answer their inquiries, and provide information about our transportation services, routes, and schedules.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails, with professionalism and efficiency.
- Help customers with scheduling transportation services and provide updates on service status.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, escalating to management when necessary.
- Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring all payments are recorded correctly.
Qualifications:
- High school or general equivalency diploma.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.

Pay: $22.30 - $25.70 per hour
