Office Assistant
Overview:

Duties:
- Perform order entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining a well-organized office environment.
- Type, transcribe, and proofread documents as needed.
- Support in clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Assist in event planning and coordination.
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients.
- Proficiently utilize Google Suite for various office tasks.
- Manage phone systems and create service appointments
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office assistant or similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with basic office procedures and protocols.
