Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative plays a fundamental role in achieving UDA’S sales goals and revenue growth objectives locating new sales opportunities through cold calling, following sales leads, attending trade shows, generating qualified customer’s lists while teaming with sales, operations, marketing departments and other sales team members to meet sales goals. The Inside Sales Representative works with customers to ensure a smooth sales process demonstrating excellent customer service and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Develops sales through leads, cold calls, referrals and new sales opportunities.
- Follows up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.
- Identifies customers that might be reactivated.
- Reaches out to customer leads through extensive cold calling and follows up on those leads to further the sales process.
- Follows up answering emails and calls from clients.
- Responds to customers inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Addresses customer complaints in an appropriate and professional manner escalating concerns as required by current processes.
- Serves as the point of contact with prospects and clients.
- Educates prospective customers on products and services.
- Supports existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services and provides pricing and product availability to clients.
- Learns and operates the operational software.
- Prepares monthly sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Assists the Director of Sales with daily needs and orders.
- Collaborates with the operations team (customer service and operations manager) to prioritize any urgent orders and customer’s needs.
- Communicate with other departments and management, as needed.
- Assist with warehouse processes, as needed.

- Teamwork: must be able to work in a teamwork environment to interact with operations, marketing or other sales team members to meet sales goals.

- Previous experience in a sales position can be useful but is not always necessary.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
