Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, greeting guests and employees, answering phones, and managing conference room reservations. An individual in this role will be required to interact with employees, consultants and high-profile visitors in a professional and courteous fashion.
Duties:
· Greet and welcome guests when they arrive at the office
· Escort visitors to their meeting room
· Provide timely phone and email communication to all parties
· Create and maintain all meeting bookings
· Provide clear communication to all relevant internal departments
· Participate in daily and weekly planning meetings
· Provide meeting rooms with all necessary items and report any deficiencies
· Assist with all administrative work
· Maintain a neat work environment
· Maintain a professional appearance in line with client facing environment
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
