Job Summary
Seeking to hire a administrative assistant to work in our fast paced Winter Park Office Financial Firm. Need someone who is organized, reliable, fun and creative. College degree/experience required. Must have knowledge of all Microsoft office products, be a self-starter and able to make decisions and problem solve at times. Relative experience in Finance is a plus. Main job responsibilities include but not limited to: Answering phone calls, communication hub for the practice, schedule clients, confirm appointments.
