Job Description:
As our Dental Office Insurance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Insurance Coordination: Overseeing our insurance verification and billing company to ensure accurate and timely processing. Familiarity with dental insurance is essential.
- Patient Interaction: Checking in and checking out patients, ensuring they have a positive experience from the moment they walk in.
- Administrative Support: Managing front desk tasks, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and handling patient inquiries.
- Team Collaboration: Being a team player, willing to adapt and assist with various tasks as needed to maintain office efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in dental operations.
- Familiarity with Open Dental software is a plus
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to be flexible and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
