Overview:
We seek a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to support our team in daily office operations. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to various Executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Act as a liaison between internal departments, external partners, and internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in data entry, data analysis, and report generation.
- Assist in planning and organizing events and meetings.
- Collaborate with various teams to support their administrative needs.
- Help in special projects and tasks as required.
Skills and Capabilities:
- 2-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in office management software (e.g. MS Office)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience may be required.
Allowable Substitutions: At the company's discretion, a combination of education, experience, and/or training that provides the required knowledge and skills for the position may be considered instead of education and/or experience.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
