lp Desk. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first level support to managers of our restaurant locations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* End user support via phone communications.
* The candidate will support MS Windows and Office, Micros and Aloha Point-of-Sale hardware and RES software and proprietary applications.
* Candidates should be familiar with remote control software.
* The Analyst will document trouble calls and provide timely responses to issues which requires efficient problem solving skills.
* The candidate will be reliable and willing to work in office and restaurant environment
* The individual will identify and escalate cases, if necessary, to the appropriate support group.
Job Specifications:
* This candidate will be responsible for occasionally completing clerical work as well as work to be completed on-site in-restaurant. The Technical Services Analyst will be required to and should be physically capable to perform tasks necessary to support this position.
* Schedule: Variable depending on needs of business and after-hours "on-call" responsibilities..
* Candidates should have the following qualifications:
