Job description
Jeron is a leading manufacturer of communication systems solutions for healthcare markets with an extensive base of distributor partners and installed facilities. Based in a near-North Chicago suburb, Jeron has an immediate opening for a qualified person to provide telephone support for on-site field technicians installing and troubleshooting our IT and Hardware Communication Equipment.
Responsibilities:
Technical support via telephone/email/remote link to installed facilities
Assist with in-house technical training for channel partners
Perform software verification on in-house platform
Qualifications:
4+ years hardware and IP network experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and/or Computer Science (CS)
Telecom, Nurse Call, IT, Building Automation support preferred
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
