Job Summary
Under general supervision, performs a broad range of administrative and assistive duties for the US Commercial Operations Team (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service) and their management, which could include pricing administration, sales commissions, fleet vehicle administration, sample inventory management and contracts administration. Will have primary responsibility on unique work assignments and projects that are moderately complex in nature where judgment and analysis are required in resolving problems and making recommendations.
Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities

Executes administrative and support functions (phone, mail, computer work, travel, etc.)

Calculates sales commissions according to applicable commission plan for each sales associate on a monthly basis and submits to payroll or finance for payment.

Maintains files and record keeping systems for executive and/or department.
- Creates and maintains departmental reports. Monitors compliance to identified criteria, such as compliance, expense, performance, and other strategic reports.

Operates standard office equipment and a personal computer using word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation applications.

Duties may include documenting standard operating procedures, preparing reports, compiling data for analysis, coordinating activities, investigating, and resolving problems and handling special projects.

Performs all Sales Operations’ functions such as pricing administration, contracts administration, sales performance and compensation.

Responsible for our fleet vehicle administration with tasks including coordinating vans for new hires, approving maintenance requests, yearly mileage project for payroll, gas cards, registration and insurance.

Maintains sample inventory by processing sales orders, returns, transfers and write-offs. Manages new and existing account manager samples, creates and streamlines new, more efficient sales operations processes and procedures.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

Requires a minimum of a HS diploma or equivalent. A college degree or course work is desirable.

At least 4 yrs. office administrative experience typically handling high volume.

Requires effective interpersonal skills and behaviors conducive to a team-oriented environment.

Required effective oral and written communication skills.

Requires understanding of and proficiency in use of PC’s and applications related to the position.

Requires the ability to plan and meet deadlines, prioritize projects, and handle several projects simultaneously.
