We are looking for a Real Estate Analyst/Asset Manager to join our team!
The Real Estate Analyst/Asset Manager role at Pacifica Senior Living is an essential part of our corporate Senior Living division and reports directly to the Managing Director. The Analyst supports the operations of the portfolio of Senior Housing communities nationwide. This position will be responsible for asset managing our operating partners, reviewing financials, establishing capital expenditure budgets, and underwriting new opportunities for Pacifica to acquire. The Real Estate Analyst/Asset Manager implements effective management of Pacifica’s corporate level best practices to support each community and our operating partners.
Essential Job Functions
- Collect and review property-level financial reporting.
- Make recommendations to improve performance of buildings within our portfolio.
- Work closely as our point person with our third-party operators.
- Work on creation and implementation of CapEx budgets and repairs
- Underwrite new opportunities for us to acquire in the market.
Required Skills
- Proficient to advanced knowledge of Real Estate reporting and financial review
- Proficient to advanced skills in excel and other Microsoft suite products
- Must be able to efficiently manage time with several deadlines and projects at once.
- General knowledge of Real Estate transactions
- General computer fluency.
- Keen attention to detail.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent field of study from an accredited university
- Demonstrates critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- Have proficient computer skills utilizing Excel
- Possess the ability to successfully integrate into new teams and different environments
- Current criminal record clearance
- Able to communicate written and orally in English
- Pass post offer health physical and drug screen
