Salary - $70,000 to $75,000/yr - Depending on experience
BRANCH MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
- Manage and develop a solid branch team
- Provide excellent customer service to existing clients as well as potential clients
- Responsible for overseeing day to day internal operations
- Administrative responsibilities and training (on-boarding, payroll, job placements, recruiting, client communications, etc.)
- Maintain and update employee and client files
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have knowledge of MS Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Teams
- Ability to multi-task and take on numerous projects at one time
- Minimum of 2-5 years experience in the staffing industry preferred,
- Previous management experience a plus
- Position may also require some inside/outside sales calls
- Conduct client safety tours and compliance
- Basic Workers Compensation knowledge is a plus
- Must be a team player in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual helpful, but not required
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays as required
