**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management and possess excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications
- Associate's degree required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2yrs of high level administrative experience
- Experience working with all Microsoft programs
- Good organizational, follow-up, verbal and written skills
- Ability to work independently and follow directives
- Experience supporting high ranking or executive level employees is a plus.
Specific Duties:
- Typing all correspondence and composing and responding to correspondence for COO as required
- Handle all general office maintenance (i.e. attend to phones, faxing, filing, copy machine, equipment maintenance, etc.)
- Coordinate meetings as needed (Acquisition of and follow-up on arrangements of meeting space, member notification, etc. Send out notices for all meetings and follow-up on prospective attendees)
- Prepare materials for meetings (i.e. prepare packets, type agendas, etc.)
- Use judgment in notifying and updating COO on company updates
- Set and maintain even-mannered, helpful, responsive attitude and atmosphere with all contacts inside and outside of the Agency so as to represent the Administrative Office
- Handle special projects and follow-up as requested
- All administrative tasks required by Administration and COO.
