ME SPA Santa Rosa at Montgomery Village is seeking a highly motivated Spa Hospitality & Customer Service Associate. ME SPA HOSPITALITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Providing a flawless spa experience for every guest, every day
Greeting guests in a warm, friendly manner
Answering multi-line phone, booking appointments through online system, checking spa guests in and out efficiently and accurately
Anticipating, identifying and ensuring guest needs are being met throughout their visit
Provide support to spa therapists
Upholding ME SPA protocols and general spa procedures
Actively promoting spa treatments and products within the spa
Maintaining a clean, safe, fully stocked and organized work area
Demonstrating a professional attitude and appearance at all times
Other duties, as assigned by spa management team and corporate office
CHAIN OF COMMAND
Hospitality & Customer Service Associates report to the Spa Supervisor, Assistant Spa Director and Spa Director
Daily tasks and responsibilities are determined by the location Spa Director & Spa Manager.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Opening and closing duties as needed
Manager on Duty as needed
Support spa management team in marketing initiatives as needed
Support spa management team in inventory control measures as needed

REQUIREMENTS
Must be outgoing and enjoy helping people
Ability to take direction, work well within and contribute to a positive team environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast paced environment
Comfortable educating customers and recommending retail products to enhance their experience
Must be able to multi-task
Extremely reliable and somewhat flexible with your schedule (evenings and weekends are a must)
Experience in a high-end customer service, guest oriented environment preferred
