Looking for an operations or administrative generalist to fill a support role in an ever-evolving B2B business that serves a variety of industries. Background or experience in marketing, sales, & customer service a plus, but also value transferable skills from other industries (science, engineering, project management).
Fully remote position, so must have reliable internet, personal computer, & audio/video capabilities for Zoom calls. Part-time position with room to grow. Paid 2-week trial period with test project before final hire. Training provided, but initiative expected. Probably not a good fit if you like the structure and stability of the corporate environment, or need a lot of hand-holding.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Drafting, editing, formatting, & proofing documents, spreadsheets, presentations, process maps, etc (Microsoft & Google products, Milanote, Miro)
- Basic graphic design, publishing layouts, web dev (Canva, Publisher, Squarespace, Wordpress)
- Project, task & time management (Notion, Asana, Toggl)
- Research, organization, data cleaning & consolidation
- Working in client accounts such as calendars, emails, cloud storage, payment processors, web hosts, and the like to implement integrations, automations, systems & processes
Expectations:
- Ability to work within or around CST time zone business hours
- Daily communication & updates via Slack, video calls as needed to problem solve or clarify
- Minor tasks completed within days of assignment; larger projects managed appropriately and questions, delays, setbacks communicated clearly & regularly
- Manage your tasks and projects in company Notion; keep notes, statuses & deadlines updated
- Track your time to the client level in company Toggl, and invoice for payment every 2 weeks
- This is not a high-pressure role or a particularly fast-paced one, but we do have high standards of quality and care!
- We do not subscribe to hustle culture, and value flexibility, autonomy, and clear boundaries around family, personal time, and mental health. We don't work outside of business hours or on weekends unless you want to, and I don't care where you're working from (the beach, etc), as long as you are consistent, efficient, available when needed, and produce high quality work.
