Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Clinic Operations Manager to address top-level concerns, drive organizational success, and support our growth initiatives. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, financial acumen, and adaptability to respond swiftly to changing circumstances. You will mentor and inspire a cross-functional team, enhance operational procedures, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in various projects and initiatives.
- Implement and improve policies, procedures, and systems for efficiency.
- Analyze workflows and suggest improvements to maximize practice efficiency and patient experience.
- Develop strategic and operational objectives and enhance management reporting.
- Adhere to budget and forecast expenses.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with OSHA and HIPAA.
- Coordinate with HR on recruitment, employee relations, and training.
- Evaluate and improve customer service and patient experience.
- Address and resolve patient concerns and complaints.
- Communicate operating policies and issues at department meetings.
- Continuously update knowledge through educational opportunities and professional networks.
Proficiencies and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of management experience required; 5-7 years preferred.
- Proven experience in operations or similar roles, with forecasting abilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Ability to "get into the weeds" and suggest areas of improvement.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to multitask and delegate effectively.
- Competence in conflict management, negotiation, reporting, and decision-making.
- Dependable, deadline-oriented, adaptable, and able to work under stress.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
