Overview:
The Supportive Living Live-in House Manager plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, orderly, and supportive environment for residents. This position requires a compassionate and responsible individual who can ensure the well-being of the residents while enforcing house rules and maintaining a clean and organized living space. This Housing Assistance Program provides only room, utilities, and supervised living. This housing program does not provide any medical or behavioral treatment services. The intention of this housing assistance program is to provide residents a safe, supportive, and healthy environment so residents have an opportunity and time to develop the necessary skills to get back on their feet in hopes of living a successful life. There are no fees for this housing assistance program to the residents of Property.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Care:
- Ensure the safety of all residents is of utmost importance.
- Call 911 immediately if a resident shows signs of withdrawal, overdose, or is in danger of physical harm.
- Engage in conversations with residents displaying unusual behavior and alert the Owner about the situation.
- Prevent and address hostile or abusive behaviors among residents, including physical altercations, verbal threats, threatening gestures, verbal abuse, or demeaning language. Report incidents to the Owner immediately.
- Ensure visitors are not allowed to enter the residents' rooms.
2. Transport:
- Ensure timely drop-offs and pick-ups at the behavioral health clinic.
- On a quarterly basis, take the transport vehicle to mechanic shops for services
3. Housekeeping:
- Before leaving the house, shut off all essential items such as stoves and ovens, and ensure all windows, backdoors, and main doors are shut and locked.
- Develop and enforce cleaning schedules to keep restrooms, carpets, floors, blinds, desks, tables, and other areas clean.
- Prepare rooms for new residents by washing, drying, and storing used bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, etc.
- Maintain the external cleanliness of the property, ensuring it is free from weeds and other potential violations to prevent HOA fines.
4. General:
- Complete job-specific and annual training as indicated in the Training Plan.
- Maintain current CPR certification through annual training.
- Abide by the Code of Ethics and conduct business professionally.
- Provide at least two weeks' notice for vacation requests and call in sick 8 hours before the scheduled work time.
Qualification:
- Experience as house manager
- Driving license with a clean record for the past 3 years
Preference:
- Recovery yourself
- Current CPR certificate.
- Current First Aid Training.
- Current Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Pay: $200.00 - $800.00 per month
