This role collaborates closely with various VP-level stakeholders to monitor and drive growth, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

As the Sr. Director, Personal Care Excellence, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

Leadership & Guidance: Provide strategic guidance and support related to Personal Care services, leveraging extensive knowledge of industry principles, practices, and regulations.
- Training & Development: Design, develop, and deliver educational materials, workshops, and programs to enhance the skills of Personal Care professionals and franchise teams.
- Process Improvement: Assess current processes and systems, recommending and implementing improvements to drive growth and efficiency.
- Compliance & Policy Development: Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to develop and update policies, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Quality Enhancement: Analyze data to identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to achieve higher client satisfaction and effective service delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with internal colleagues, franchise partners, healthcare professionals, and community partners. Serve as a spokesperson for Personal Care services at industry conferences and other events.
- Research & Best Practices: Engage in research activities, staying informed about the latest advancements and integrating evidence-based practices into Personal Care services.
- Problem Solving: Address challenges in service delivery, working collaboratively to find solutions and implement best practices.
A few must-haves for our Sr. Director, Personal Care Excellence:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years in home care, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within Personal Care services.
- Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Familiarity with various Electronic Medical Records (EMRs).
- Strong analytical skills to assess gaps and recommend improvements.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent relationship management and influence skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of work and shifting priorities.
- Exceptional presentation, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to educate, inspire, and make tough decisions.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for franchise visits and company meetings.
