CDCA-WREB-CITA is the preeminent resource in the development, innovation, and administration of competency assessments for the oral health professions. CDCA-WREB-CITA serves jurisdictions in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Jamaica in the pursuit of public health, safety, and welfare by ensuring that safe and competent dental care is provided by qualified dental practitioners. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Exam Services Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting dental and dental hygiene students throughout their exam registration and enrollment process. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while providing exceptional customer service to students and school representatives across the country. This position will be based in our Phoenix, Arizona office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize our custom-built Candidate Registration & Management System to facilitate exam registration and enrollment processes.
- Respond promptly and accurately to a high volume of calls and emails, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with dental and dental hygiene schools nationwide to ensure seamless administration of exams.
- Work cross-functionally with our internal teams to enhance the overall exam experience for students and schools.
- Manage multiple exam events by prioritizing complex tasks through various stages of completion.

- Demonstrated ability to grasp new concepts, processes, and technologies.
- Effective problem-solving skills that encompass the ability to identify, analyze, assess and develop appropriate solutions.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office software and comfort with technology required.
- Proficiency in virtual meeting facilitation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field of study and/or five years of administrative, client engagement, or event planning experience preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
