Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and manage the seating chart
- Answer incoming calls and assist with reservations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
- Assist with take-out orders and coordinate with servers
- Provide guests with menus and answer any initial questions
- Monitor dining room flow and communicate with servers and kitchen staff
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest services or customer-facing roles is preferred
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and using POS systems like Cake POS
- Knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on customer service

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
