Duties and Responsibilities:

The Lead APP is expected to work 2 clinical shifts a week and that these shifts would be at all three of our current locations

Monthly stipend for administrative duties which include but are not limited to the following:
- Interviewing and onboarding new hires

Completing competencies and annual evaluations

Assisting in development and implementation of educational presentations for APPs

Leading monthly APP meetings and participating in other meetings as needed

Counseling and disciplinary actions if needed for APPs

Creating and overseeing the APP schedule for the different locations

Working closely with the medical directors, other site leadership, as well as the owners to ensure operational and clinical excellence

Overseeing APP student rotations
- At least 2 years of clinical practice as a board certified PA or NP with preference of practicing in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine/Urgent Care.

Leadership/Management experience managing staff and other APPs

Current Georgia licensure and must reside in GA.
The Lead APP role is responsible for the implementation of policies, assessing employee skills and scheduling among the APP department.
