Inside Sales Representative uses skills in communication and sales to highlight the advantages of a product or service. We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to join a fast-paced, growing team. Their main duties include locating new sales opportunities through tactics like following up on warm leads, attending trade shows and building mailing lists, negotiating sales terms and providing product demonstrations via the internet.
Responsibilities:
· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
· Generates value added business and introduces products to established clients.
· Monitor sales activities.
· Understanding of where and how products are used and ability to relay these concepts to the customer through email, conference calls or video conferencing.
· Ability to proactively recommend products or alternatives.
· Answer incoming sales calls via telephone, written inquiries, and facsimile requests for assigned territories.
· Promote and effectively sell company standard products and supplies using established company techniques with approved authorization from Sales Manager.
· Clarify and fulfill customer requests/needs by presenting various selections of products and services providing pricing information as requested.
· Understand and respond to customer delivery needs by interfacing with Customer Service.
· Follow-up on warm leads to further sales process.
· Set and meet goals and objectives set by the management team.
· Improve Sales skills to increase sales success rate.
· Travel with sales members as needed.
· Monitor sales activities.
Position Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively with professional demeanor to ensure sales success.
- 2 years experience.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Teamwork, ability to interact with operations, marketing and all sales team members to meet sales goals. Ability to work collaboratively in a team work environment.
- Ability to learn new skills and technology.
Ideal Candidate:
- Has strong communication skills; verbal and written.
- Positive attitude and advanced interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word and Email.
- Solutions oriented and ability to prioritize time.
- Ability and willingness to learn, grow, and improve.
- Sales or Customer Service experience desired but not required.
- Navigate account management software programs

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
