Position Overview:
The US LBM Sr. Manager, Product Line Management will lead the development, management, and profitability of the product categories across the company. You will be responsible for overseeing assigned product lines, from developing strategic plans to ongoing optimization with field operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies aligned with company goals and market demands.

Champion new product offerings by utilizing market trends, customer feedback and technology to drive product solutions and meet future market demand.

Define product roadmaps, feature sets, pricing strategies, and positioning to drive growth and profitability.

Lead product launch initiatives, including go-to-market planning, messaging, sales enablement, and promotional activities. Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Field Operations to drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue generation.

Partner with Supply Chain and Field Operations to achieve revenue and profitability goals for the product line.

Communicate and collaborate with various company departments, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to achieve cohesive product strategies and customer engagement.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

7+ years of proven experience in product management or product marketing roles, preferably in lumber and/or building materials industry.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results in a collaborative environment.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

Proficiency in project management tools, market research techniques, and product management methodologies.

Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.

Excellent analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to translate market insights to actionable product strategies.

MS Office experience required.

Physical demands include sitting for extended periods, standing, and walking, bending, or stooping, and lifting up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 occasionally.
