Summary of benefits:

Triage Patient Scheduler Summary:
The Triage Scheduler will be responsible for maintaining schedules at our Rapid Orthopaedic Clinic (ROC) to reduce wait times for Patients needing urgent care. The Scheduler will work directly with the Reception and Clinical Teams to maintain Patient flow and Provider schedules.
Triage Patient Scheduler Requirements:

Minimum of one year of experience in a medical office setting.

Excellent customer service skills, and the ability to interact with patients, families, and staff in a professional manner.
