Job Title: Senior Food and Beverage Manager
Position: Full-time, Salary, Exempt
Compensation Range: $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year with bonus eligibility.
Supervisor: Senior Property Manager
The Senior Food and Beverage manager will oversee the daily operations of the Food Hall. This may include management of food and beverage operations, and bar operations.
- Direct management of F&B Manager.
- Trains, schedules, and supervises janitorial staff assigned to the food hall.
- Authorize temporary staff as needed for special events.
- Drafts and implements operating budget; performs reasonable predictive forecasting of expected meal services based on staff, student, visitor, guest, and/or other applicable headcounts.
- Gathers comments, feedback, and other data about food and service quality; prepares reports of this data for upper management.
- Supervises stocking and operation of food and beverage machines in shared areas throughout the organization’s campus.
- Ensures and/or maintains the safety and cleanliness of all food preparation, service, and work areas, tools, and facilities.
- Schedules and coordinates maintenance, repairs, and improvements to food services facilities.
- Performs other related duties as required.
- Responsible for the collection of sales data from POS systems.
- Responsible for the collection of rent.
- Responsible for working with marketing to increase overall revenue.

- Creative and effective problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of food service and nutritional guidelines and best practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and be self-motivated.
- At least 5 years restaurant, food hall, and bar management experience.
- Effectively supervise floor staff to ensure professional service and guest satisfaction during hours of operation.
- Ultimately responsible for cleanliness and repair of the food hall and storage areas.
- Responsible for keeping all signage up to date.
- Become entrepreneurial in all endeavors with a view to increasing sales and guest satisfaction.
- Experience managing special events required.
- Able to leverage the support of other departments in a positive and collaborative way.
- High school degree required.
- Degree in Hospitality preferred, but experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
- Position requires sitting, handling, eye-hand coordination, walking, standing, stooping, and kneeling.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
