Position Details:
MedElite is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Facility Relations to join our team within our Brooklyn, NY Office. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent leadership abilities, and hold a valid RN license. As the Director of Facility Relations, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with healthcare facilities, overseeing personnel, and executing tactical plans to meet our organization's strategic objectives.
A current RN license is required for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture partnerships with healthcare facilities to enhance collaboration and improve patient care outcomes.
- Oversee personnel involved in facility relations, providing leadership, guidance, and support as needed.
- Develop and implement tactical plans to achieve strategic goals related to facility relations and patient care.
- Provide direct supervision and mentorship to facility relations staff, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
- Coordinate training and development programs for facility relations personnel to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within facility relations operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of facility relations initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between our organization and external stakeholders, representing our interests and fostering positive relationships.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of facility relations initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to ensure success.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to facility relations and healthcare management.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of New York.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in project management and leadership roles within the healthcare sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving objectives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $125,000
