Short description of the position
The (digital) communication landscape of Coulisse is constantly changing. Are you a marketing professional with a special interest in Tech oriented products and marketing? We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator for the USA market.
As Marketing Coordinator Americas you will translate sales needs into marketing; online campaigns but also offline marketing such as events. You will start a new department in the Americas Team in Miami. You all have a common purpose: increasing the brand awareness and success of Coulisse in the Americas. Your main focus will br our MotionBlinds product; where Tech, Home Automation and Design comes together.
You will provide a supporting and coordinating role. Besides the strong online focus you will build relationships with media agencies in the Americas in order to increase awareness of Coulisse USA. In addition to building and maintaining media contacts you will also be responsible for sales events where you will take on the role of host during these events.
On a managerial level you will report to the Managing Director Coulisse USA. On a functional level you will report to the Director Marketing & E-Business in Enter.
Position in the organization
You will be part of the International Marketing Team in Enter, the Netherlands but working together with your Miami colleagues on a daily basis.
You will work on:
- Supporting the sales team in reaching their commercial target with marketing campaigns or online initiatives that result in new business or improving the existing accounts.
- Continuing to build a strong positioning of our brand in North and South America.
- Delivering presentations, both internally and for customers, partners and the press.
- Building relationships with stakeholders to establish yourself as the expert in (online) marketing, and working together with the other digital and online marketing experts in different teams to continuously improve our maturity in (online) marketing
Your responsibilities
- Identifying customer insights and commercial opportunities and translating them into relevant and distinctive communication propositions and campaigns.
- Driving the development and elaboration of the various marketing communication campaigns.
- Managing external agencies (local trade journals, local events)
- Input and coordination of campaigns, link building, social media and internal and external newsletters for the Americas.
- Responsible for achieving the marketing objectives resulting from the strategic/corporate goals.
- Manage costs, results and time planning.
Job requirements
Education: Bachelor Degree
Professional training: Marketing/ Communication
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce/digital companies.
- Completed bachelor’s degree in a relevant professional area.
- Good communication and advisory skills (written and spoken).
Skills:
- You have experience with product related Digital/Online marketing campaigns
- You have a strong marketing network
- You are able to work independently
- Hands-on mentality.
- You have a data-driven mindset.
- You are able to identify optimization opportunities.
- Formulating KPI's and reporting on effectiveness of actions.
- Strong communication skills.
Extra: new position in the team in the Americas. Matrix structure with Enter.
