Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the company's financial records, including maintaining financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and reconciling accounts.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
-Enter timecards manually into our ERP system.
- Process payroll and maintain payroll records
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
- Utilize financial software to record and process transactions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles
- Proficiency in tax preparation and reporting
- Familiarity with debits and credits
- Experience with financial software such as Quickbooks, etc.
- Ability to perform bank reconciliations accurately
- Previous experience in corporate accounting is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
