Currently in need of a scheduler to help manage the increasing client demand. This role is designed to focus on the process of scheduling clients for grooming services and collecting/processing payments afterwards. However, it is also ideal position for someone who had a desire to learn and grow skillset in management and leadership. We are a company that prefers to grow our own talent and promote from within.

Duties include:
- Scheduling: We are currently scheduling about 750 appointments a week. We need someone to take pride in assisting our clients in scheduling their appointments. This is currently done through phone or text.
- Payment Processing: After appointments are completed, we need to process payment and often times need to follow up with clients to either update or provide missing payment information
Location: Laguna Hills, CA
Pay: $20.00/hr
Benefits: Medical Benefits, Unlimited Vacation Time
Hours: 40 hours per week.
