Typical Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact for customer, vendors, project team, and office support
- Owns contract, budget, schedule, project planning and execution
- Responsible for quality assurance and quality control for the project
- Ensures work is consistent with plans, specifications, drawings, and documents related to engineering and construction
- Resolve inter-group conflicts, project conflicts and delays as required to meet project construction goals
- Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure that requested materials are expedited and received as needed for the construction of a project
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of electrical project management experience
- Project management experience in industrial, healthcare, and commercial construction
- Basic understanding of building construction schedules
- Willing to travel
- Prioritize safety on the jobsites
