A family-owned, NYC-based real estate management firm seeks its first Project Coordinator to provide daily support to the Director of Real Estate and our Asset Manager. Our ideal candidate would be equipped with the skills and experience necessary to perform the following job responsibilities:
- Assist with CAD drafting
- Oversee and track wide range of construction jobs, requiring coordination with contractors and/or vendors
- Act as main point of contact for DOB inspections and related communications
- Fill out and submit any required DOB filings, subject to the direction of the Director of RE
- Visit buildings to assess work progress and process progress payments
- Field measurement experience, a plus
- Construction management, architecture, or project management experience, a plus
- Must be proficient using Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other widely-utilized computer programs
- Must be willing to learn, eager to work independently, and detail-oriented

Pay: From $58,500.00 per year
