Job Description
A Director-Sales cum Business Development Manager should have strong acquaintances among industry professionals like High-end Residential projects Interior Designers/ Architects and have excellent interpersonal relationships with a strong network within the related community. Should have an excellent understanding of the Luxury Design Industry, UHNI’s & IDA’s. To be open to extensive traveling to meet industry professionals & clients.
Experience - Minimum 10 Years of experience and have strong network of Interior Designers/ Architects in high end residential projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in engaging and working with interior designers involved in high-end residential projects, possessing a strong network and relationships within the said community.
- Forging strategic partnerships with the interior designers (high-end residential), identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales.
- Develop and execute business development plans to identify and cultivate new opportunities in the uber luxury market segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Interior Designers/ Architects, high end luxury art/ furniture galleries, high-net-worth individuals.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the luxury market, conducting market research and analysis to inform our business strategies.
- Lead the sales process from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for clients during the planned events.
- Collaborate closely with branding & marketing teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, events, and promotions targeted at the uber luxury clientele.
- Represent the brand at luxury events, networking functions, and industry gatherings to enhance brand visibility and brand activation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized attention to clients, offering expert advice, guidance, and assistance throughout the Branding events/shows/ occasions etc.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the Uber luxury segment.
- Deep understanding of the uber luxury market in New York City, including consumer behaviour, preferences, and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with high-net-worth individuals and Interior designers.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation, capable of identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
