About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant. You will provide business management support directly to Investment Portfolio Business Risk, Administration, Strategy and Support (BRASS) leadership and will be responsible for maintaining a strong control environment, managing partner relationships, ensuring compliance with enterprise policies (Model Governance, Data Management, etc), management reporting, and ad hoc projects. As a consultant, you must demonstrate the ability to multi-task and manage competing interests in a positive manner and manage a wide range of stakeholders to work towards the same goal.
In this role, you will:-
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans

Work with key stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet leadership and governance expectations, are documented appropriately, well controlled, and completed on time
-
Ensure team's effective and practical implementation of corporate policies, standards, and procedures.

Define, prioritize, and implement use case (model or report) automation and compliance activities

Support Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) requirements as both a process and control owner
- Report progress and escalate concerns and issues proactively to senior management.

Support internal audits, independent testing and examinations
Required Qualifications:-
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:-
A BS/BA degree or higher in business or finance

4+ years of model risk management, and model governance experience

4+ years of executive reporting

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills combined with strategic business focus

Experience with audit, regulators, and testing teams

Experience with Business Intelligence tools, specifically, PowerBI and Thoughtspot,
-
Ability to synthesize complex analytical findings into executive level communications

Familiarity with mortgage and/or fixed income investment analysis

Ability to forge strong partnerships with key stakeholder's with, model developers, and model users and product reporting.

Ability to prioritize work based on strategic importance, urgency, and complexity
-
Ability to take initiative and work independently in partnership with key stakeholders in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proven ability to coherently present complex financial topics tailored to audiences of varying seniority and functions to create understanding and influence decisions
