Replacement parts house seeking personable, hard-working assistant manager for parts counter. Work alongside the counter manager and sales associates to get folk's homes back to 100%. Washers, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, stoves, HVAC, etc - it's it's consistent and it's stable. Consult with and sell to repair technicians and DIY homeowners. Use your experience to drive task completion, sales improvements, and customer engagement.
INITIAL DUTIES:
Be on-time, presentable, and motivated.
Use PC software to identify & sell parts over the counter.
Answer phones and assist customers.
POTENTIAL DUTIES:
Customer Account management.
Create and execute sales strategies and promotions.
REQUIREMENTS:
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Attention to detail.
Must be able to be on your feet all day.
Overtime pay for half-day Saturdays.
Health insurance offered and paid.

- Rotating weekends
