Who our client is: An Allstate agency owner with over 20 years of experience. He’s looking for performance-oriented salespeople with a drive to hit and exceed sales goals while working REMOTELY!
What is the job: This is a Remote Licensed Sales Producer role Total compensation is $65,000 - $95,000+ annually including uncapped commission.
The hours are Monday through Friday 8:30-5:30
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Outbound and inbound sales calls
- Drafting emails and text messages
- Cross-selling current customers
- Hitting realistic metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Professional development and training
What are the requirements:
- At least 1 year of captive agency experience
- Have a valid P&C (Property and Casualty) license
- Have a stable and reliable internet connection
- A thorough understanding of technology
- Good time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for success
Bonus points:
- Life and Health License as well as P&C
- Prior Allstate experience
