JOB SUMMARY:
The HR Administrative Assistant performs administrative duties related to the operations of the Human Resources department.
SALARY RANGE: $25.00 - $30.00 hourly, $52,000 – $62,400 annually (companywide)

- Annual Discretionary Bonus based on company profitability and your manager’s assessment of your performance.

You are immediately 100% vested in all contributions (including BNB match). We provide both traditional (Pre-Tax) and Roth (post –tax) contribution options in our 401(k) plan.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain employee personnel files.
- Regularly audit personnel files to ensure that we have all required documents and ensure accuracy of information.
- Assists HR team with various projects in recruiting & onboarding, training & performance management, benefits, and unemployment.
- Assists background check/DMV check processes.
- Assist employees with updates in HRIS (ex. logins, address changes, etc.)
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience using an HRIS, preferably Paycom.
- Two years of administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Ability to operate general office equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to sit, communicate, reach and manipulate objects, tools or controls. The position requires mobility. Duties involve moving materials weighing up to 10 pounds on a regular basis and up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis. Manual dexterity and coordination are required over 50% of the work period while operating equipment such as computer keyboard, mouse, calculator and similar machines.
