PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Communications Specialist: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Sales Support Specialist: Initiate proactive outreach to provide customers information that could benefit the customers. Work closely with field sales representatives and provide support as needed. Conduct periodic territory field visits and provide support services.
- Sales Report Analyst: Compile and analyze sales reports to offer insights and market trends to effectively communicate findings to the team.
- Product Support Specialist: Respond to product questions with explanations of features and benefits
- Accounts Receivable Coordinator: Collaborate with AR to contribute to collection effort and to assist timely resolution while maintaining positive client relationships
- Trade Show Representative: Represent the company at trade shows, assist with show display setup, engage with customers to showcase products, discuss opportunities, and foster business relationships
- Contributes to team goals by completing projects as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in MS Windows operating system, MS Office tools including Excel and Word, filing, and data entry skills
- Clear communication both verbal and written
- Motivated self starter with strong communication and organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive team player with positive working attitude and willingness to help others
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, both verbal and written
- U.S. Citizens and Green Card Holders only
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
· Minimum 3 years of related experience in customer service and account management.

Hours: Mon-Fri, 7:30am to 4:30pm
Location: Carson, CA; Near 110, 405, 710 and 91 freeways.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
