Duties:

They analyze data to identify insights, develop reports, and present findings to stakeholders to aid in decision-making processes1. Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Research Planning: Develop strategic research plans to gather information on market conditions, competitors, and consumer trends.
- Budget Management: Manage market research budgets effectively.
- Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports based on research findings.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present research results to sales, research and development, and management teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in market research or related field.
- Proficiency in SPSS, Google Analytics, SAS, Tableau, and Python.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Candidate ideally has a healthcare or pharmaceutical experience.
