Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in EPIC and office administration.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines
- Handle inquiries from patients, providers, and insurance companies
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient office operations
Requirements:
-Medication authorization experience preferred.
- Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a dental office or medical facility
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
-Able to go above and beyond for patients is a MUST
