Our growing retail business is looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to join our team as customer service specialist. We need a self motivated person who can listen to customer service needs and offer a methodical and accurate answer for each inquiry. The successful candidate for this role will have a willingness and ability to learn, experience with a computer, a strong customer focused mindset and be able to work in a team environment. Duties vary from helping customers find the right solution to their needs, assisting customers with relevant product inquires and supporting key business functions from shipping/receiving to invoicing customers. Our product line focuses on workwear apparel and includes industry leading brands from Carhartt & Ariat as well as product in high visibility and flame resistant clothing. This position may require that the candidate work with customers in our retail store or over the phone for business to business product assistance.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in data entry and customer service
- Ability to handle incoming and outbound phone calls with proper etiquette
- Strong computer skills required for the role
- Graphics Design experience a plus

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
