Our McDonald’s is now hiring Shift Leaders and Department Managers to join our restaurant team. As a Shift Leader & Department Manager, you’ll be a part of a community that helps lead and thrives on service- to each other, customers, and the community. Shift Leader Responsibilities:
- Taking action to ensure the crew is meeting McDonald's standards
- Monitoring safety, security, and profitability
- Planning for each shift, monitoring performance during all shifts
- Strong customer service skills for working with customers and team members
- Communicating well with crew members, other shift managers, and GM
- Responsible for meeting targets during shifts and helping with assigned departments
Department Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead Kitchen Department - focus on delivering great food, kitchen staff training on production procedures, and kitchen cleanliness and food safety.
- Guest Service Department - ensuring strong customer service is delivered, service staff is trained for taking orders, menu knowledge, cashier skills, and Drive-thru procedures are followed.
- People Department Manager - hiring qualified crew, and providing training to meet restaurant sales and profit goals while keeping crew motivated each shift.
Qualifications:
- QSR experience preferred
- 2-3 years QSR restaurant experience (McDonald's a plus!)
- Flexible schedule availability
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
