Our company is currently seeking several Marketing Coordinators to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting Account Managers, Directors, and Principals in their client work. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter capable of taking initiative to ensure that tasks are completed on time.
Responsibilities:
- Various types of research
- Notes/minutes during meetings
- Drafts of strategies and plans
- Drafts of blogs / articles / releases
- Create content calendars as needed
- Coordinate with vendors to meet deadlines
- Define KPIs, metrics as neeed
- Prepare reports as needed
- Research client competition to stay relevant
- Handle ongoing customer relationship feedback
This position is a remote, hourly, contract position. A lot of freedom to work on your own time, with very little micromanaging.
For the right person, this can evolve into a long-term growth opportunity. A lot of mentorship and guidance.
Clients span various industries: beauty, food and beverage, financial services, tech, healthcare, household appliances, CPG, etc.
