We are expanding and looking for a great Public Accounting Bookkeeper/Accountant/Business Manager in Woodland Hills.
High-volume accounting firm in Woodland Hills looking for a knowledgeable and
experienced bookkeeper, accountant or business manager that can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for an individual that can quickly and accurately oversee multiple clients'
accounts. This job does require working under pressure and with critical time restraints so
organization and prioritization are must have qualities.
Summary of Essential Job Functions of the Bookkeeper/Accountant:
- Monthly/Quarterly bookkeeping and accounting including preparation of financial statements, payroll tax returns, sales tax returns and live payroll processing.
- Communicate with clients and all applicable parties pertaining to the client.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets.
- Full cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Minimum Requirements needed to apply for the Bookkeeper/Accountant opening:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- Public accounting experience preferred.
- Able to work weekends/evenings (as required during tax season)
- Must be able and willing to comfortably and clearly communicate with clients and all applicable parties pertaining to the client.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Preferable to have experience with Accounting CS and QuickBooks software.
- Maintain a professional appearance and appropriate attire
- Enthusiastic approach to customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $50.00 per hour
