Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Community Manager to join our team. The successful candidate must have at least two (2) years of HOA management experience, demonstrate a high level of professionalism and accountability, and exhibit a proactive approach to the management and future growth of communities. Fostering strong relationships with residents, board members, and vendors. Duties Include but are not limited to:
· Manage the day-to-day operations of homeowners’ associations.
· Read, review, and have a strong understanding and knowledge of association governing documents, including but not limited to CC&Rs, Bylaws, Rules & Regulations as well as Arizona and federal statutes relating to Associations.
· Solicit and negotiate contracts for Associations and make recommendations to the Board.
· Act as the direct and main point of contact for Association vendors and service professionals.
· Review and analyze monthly financial statements and be able to provide a comprehensive report for the Board of Directors.
· Review, modify, code, and approve invoices every week.
· Prepare, organize, attend, and facilitate all community meetings.
· Prepare annual budgets.
· Create and submit weekly management reports to the Board of Directors.
· Inspect common areas on a routine basis for any maintenance needs or improvements and make the necessary recommendations to the Board.
Qualifications
- CMCA Certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in HOA community management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in conflict management and negotiation.
- Experience with data entry and administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of CC&Rs, Bylaws, Rules & Regulations as well as Arizona and federal statutes relating to Homeowners Associations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
