- t/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal ca
date will be responsible
or handling various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Assist with project coordination and clerical duties
- Transcribe documents and maintain records
- Utilize computerized systems for office tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic IT troubleshooting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Prior experience in calendar management is advantageous
